Your account

• You need a valid Indian mobile number to create an account.
• Keep your passcode to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Forgot your passcode? Email us at admin@buildabowl.in and we will help you reset it.

Pre-orders

• You can order only for the dates and slots (lunch or dinner) we have opened on the website.
• Placing an order sends us a request. It is confirmed only once we accept it, and we will let you know when we do.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we run out of capacity or ingredients. If that happens, we will tell you.
• Once your order is accepted we will share the pickup time, pickup location and the amount due.
• Need to change or cancel an order? Email us at admin@buildabowl.in as early as you can.

Payment

We do not take payment on the website. We will tell you the amount due when we confirm your order, along with how to pay.

Food and allergies

Each bowl lists its ingredients, but our kitchen handles many ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any bowl is free of allergens. If you have an allergy, tell us in the order note and check with us before eating. Fresh food is best eaten soon after pickup.

Fair use

Please do not place fake orders, misuse the website, or try to access other people’s accounts. We may block numbers or accounts that do.

Changes to the service

The menu, open dates and the website itself may change, and the website may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to keep any disruption short.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
